Club MeetingLondon, April 25th, 2017

London is Dead! Long Live London!

Who will replace the bankers, and will they pay the rent?

If the reports are to be believed, somewhere between X and Y thousand banking jobs will leave London post-Brexit. An exodus of the financial services sector will ensue, as the support services follow in the footsteps of their clients. If this is to be true, will London’s property market roll over and die? Or will a new breed of corporation succeed them? The tech giants? The silicon start-ups? The last mile deliverers? The Co-working millennials? And…can they really pay the rent?

This private GRI Club Meeting is an occasion for Members to connect, to share their thoughts, and to share in the thoughts of others.
