Biography:
Eric has over 22 years of experience in the real estate sector, principally as a developer and investor. He is a US national and spent the majority of the last 15 years in Europe, initially investing in Belgium, Germany, and the Slovak Republic. Eric has completed over €1 billion of real estate transactions throughout US and Europe. In 2002, he launched and built Bifrost Investment Group (predecessor to Revetas Capital) into a leading CEE investment and asset manager. Since 2009, he has actively developed a platform to restructure and recapitalise distressed real estate in CEE. By early 2013, Eric successfully restructured and recapitalised over €200 million of debt leading to the formation of Revetas Capital.

He has been on the real estate market since 2006. Before joining Generali Real Estate, he started his carrier by working for DTZ Prague as an Investment Agent. Subsequently he joined Capital Markets department at Jones Lang LaSalle as an Senior Investment Analyst, where he spent intensive 3 years. During this period, he was involved in a number of prime market transactions. He joined Generali Real Estate in September 2013 as an Investment Manager and since then have managed to execute the acquisitions worth more than 120 Million Euro. He obtained a Masters degree in Economics in 2006 at the Silesian University, Opava, Czech Republic. Further to this, from 2010, Jaroslav holds a Business Diploma from Bridge Business Colleague (Australia).

Noah Steinberg, 48, is the chairman and chief executive officer of WING. An American citizen, he has worked in Hungary since 1990. In his current position since 1999, he was responsible for establishing WING and oversees the company's investment and development businesses, its office, retail, hotel, industrial and special projects and its real estate services portfolio. Mr. Steinberg is a graduate of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University (BA), and the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna in Austria (MA). He speaks French, German, Spanish, Hungarian and English.

Biography:
Joseph has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry across Europe and North America. Joseph joined Benson Elliot in 2008 and co-heads all investment and asset management activity. Before joining Benson Elliot, he was a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group in Frankfurt, Germany where he built and managed a team of 40 real estate professionals with investments of €5.5bn, and led c. €700m of exits and re-financings. Prior to joining Fortress, Joseph was a Vice President at Oxford Properties Group in Toronto, Canada and worked at Borealis Capital Corp, where he managed a C$3.8bn retail investment business.

Paul is Managing Director of M7 in Central Europe, based in Prague but responsible for operations across the Central European region. Paul has been working in real estate for 26 years and has been based overseas for over 22 years in Central Europe and France. Prior to joining M7 in May 2015, Paul was Head of EMEA Logistics at Jones Lang LaSaller responsible for all business services offered within the Logistics sector across the EMEA region. Prior to this Paul was a Partner of King Sturge and Managing Director of the French operations. Previously, Paul was located in Prague for King Sturge becoming Managing Director in 1995. Paul is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Surveying.

Biography:
Prior to joining Confluence Property Management as Head of Retail and later C.E.O., Mrs.Vujovic was an employee of Balkans Real Estate, where she focused on evaluating and identifying potential investment opportunities for the joint venture with Merrill Lynch. Before moving to Belgrade, Mrs. Vujović worked with GE Real Estate in both Prague and Milan. She is a graduate of Bocconi University, with a degree in International Economics and Management. Mrs. Vujovic’s next achievement is Executive Global Master degree in Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Christopher Zeuner joined LaSalle in 2012 and head the CEE business. Additionally he is responsible for all acquisitions in Netherlands, Nordics, Italy and Spain, focused on driving growth in LaSalle’s business throughout Northern, Central and Southern Europe through investing LaSalle’s funds and working along-side selected strategic real estate partners. Prior to joining LaSalle, Chris was with JER Partners. LaSalle acquired the European platform of JER in 2012. Previously, Chris established GE Real Estate’s Polish office and was head of GE Real Estate's origination and business development teams in the CEE region, including Turkey, where he closed over EUR 1.5 Bn of transactions. Before GE, was head of C&W's capital markets team Poland.

Michael is a Managing Director and a member of TPG Real Estate’s Investment Committee and is based in London. Robert Martin is a principal and co-founder of Europa Capital and is a member of the acquisitions team. He is responsible for acquisitions in Germany, Austria and Central Europe. In 1991, Mr. Martin commenced his career with Herring Baker Harris, and was particularly active in the West London office and industrial property. In 1994, he joined real estate consultants St. Quintin, before undertaking an MBA from the University of Cape Town.

Ramon Spoladore has spent most of his professional career within the real estate investment department of the Generali Group, which he joined in 2002. Prior to taking up his new position, he had been Head of Investments and Asset Management at Generali Real Estate CEE for two and a half years, contributing to strengthening GRE in the region. An Italian citizen, Ramon holds a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Trieste, and a Master in Real Estate from Bocconi University in Milan.

An American national, Troy Javaher was previously the Head of Capital Markets for Central and Eastern Europe for JLL. Founding Partner. Bluehouse Capital is a private equity investment management firm with a focus in the property markets of Emerging Europe, which include Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Serbia, operating through its local offices in the region. Prior to this, Mr. Delikanakis served for five years as the General Manager of real estate for the Technical Olympic Group and as Executive Vice President and Executive Vice Chairman of the NYSE-listed homebuilder Technical Olympic USA, Inc. Mr. Delikanakis is a graduate of the Advanced Management Development Program in RE from Harvard University and holds a M.Sc. in project management from the University of Texas at Austin.
