Became CEO of a pan European Property Company where she implemented a major restructure before moving to set up the UK office for a European Private Equity company. Formed Greyfriars in 2008 as a co-investing advisory business, working with US funds and HNWI sourcing debt and equity opportunities in the UK Real Estate sector. Greyfriars were the lead financial advisor on the delivery of a £300M Regional PRS portfolio.

Dr. Ian Shepherdson, a Briton who has been described by the New York Times as “consistently right”, offers a unique, transatlantic perspective on the US economy. His daily publication, the US Economic Monitor, is read by financial market professionals, policymakers and journalists in more than 20 countries. Prior to founding Pantheon Macroeconomics in 2012, Dr. Shepherdson was Chief US Economist, for High Frequency Economics, and Chief Economist, USA, for HSBC Securities in NY. Dr. Shepherdson is the 2014 winner of the Wall Street Journal’s US economic forecasting competition. He was one of the first economists to argue, as early as the autumn of 2005, that the US housing market was facing a major collapse that would trigger a recession.

Fiona D’Silva joined Kennedy Wilson as Managing Director in 2012. Formerly she worked with Deutsche Bank where she was responsible for syndication of real estate debt opportunities. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Fiona worked at Goldman Sachs from 2000 until 2011 in the Structured Finance and Real Estate Finance divisions. Her range of experience involves using various structured finance acquisitions of assets from infrastructure to real estate. She also led the structuring and marketing effort for a new trading platform to manage Goldman Sachs’ secured and collateralised funding programme. Fiona holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Operational Research from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, and a BSC degree in Statistics from University of Mumbai.
