GRI USA Opportunity Summit 2020
29 September - 2 October
Pacific Daylight Time (GMT-7)
Building meaningful business strategies to raise capital and reposition assets in the new normal
Pre COVID-19, real estate markets were already undergoing cyclical, structural and consumer led pricing adjustments, whilst navigating through social and geopolitical headwinds. Now, as the dust settles, US elections ramp up and the Fed show their cards, attention turns to recovery and what opportunities can be delivered; how will the investment community play their turn, and what hand will define the winners and losers?

The 4-day GRI eSummit enables candid conversations for those with invested interest in the US real estate markets to come together and frankly discuss a new roadmap for growth. By invitation only, join USA real estate investors, lenders, developers and asset owners of the private GRI eCommunity to map out the new normal for transactions and deal flow appetite across the US. Through candid peer to peer discussions; discover opinions reflecting the new US economy outlook, fundraising & investment appetite, dry-powder, pricing, market demands, risks, new consumption habits, accelerated trends and sectoral shifts.
