Retail real estate was already on a downturn; consumer and tenant demand had fuelled pricing rationalisation - savvy investors, operators and owners were waiting for rock bottom to jump on a new cycle. Now, with the impact of coronavirus, much more than cheap prices will be affected. As the bottom economy is locked down, we might just see a revolutionary supply/demand shift that will redefine winners and losers and disrupt the real estate value chain.

Join the global GRI eCommunity to discuss such challenges and opportunities through candid peer to peer discussions. Navigate the current challenges presented by Coronavirus especially cashflow, maintaining liquidity and landlord/tenant partnerships. Engage with c-level retail real estate leaders on what the post Coronavirus world of retail might look like and what opportunities this might open up for visionary long term investors.
