When she moved to Paris in 2003, she joined Renta Corporacion, a listed property company. With Renta as Managing Director, she was in charge of acquisitions and asset management for the French, English and German markets. Tania joined Union Investment in 2011 as Managing Director of the French management company.

A member of the French Conseil d’Etat, Vincent was an advisor to French President Jacques Chirac (2002-2005) and served as chief of staff of the Minister of Social Affairs and Health (2005-2007). After 4 years as an investment banker at BNP Paribas, he joined CDC Habitat in 2012 as General counsel and Head of Asset management.
