Entre récession grandissante, chaos dans la correction des prix et tensions sur les marchés des capitaux propres et des capitaux d'emprunt; 2020 a instauré une nouvelle normalité historique et impact le marché immobilier actuel en France et à travers l’Europe. Plus que jamais, le GRI sera donc l’occasion d’échanger entres pairs ainsi qu’avec divers experts afin, entre autres, de comprendre les conséquences du Covid-19 sur l’investissement immobilier et la future valorisation des différentes classes d’actifs.

Bien plus que lors d’une conférence ordinaire, le GRI permet aux hauts dirigeants du secteur immobilier d’organiser leur propre agenda au cours de 1,5 jours de conversations collégiales et informelles.

Pour cette nouvelle édition, le GRI France & Europe ira au-delà des mesures de précautions mises en place par les autorités afin d’assurer la sécurité personnelle des participants à cet événement. Nous restreindrons le nombre de participants afin de garantir les mesures de distanciation physique et en vue d’assurer le niveau de protection le plus élevé possible.

Patrick began his career in 1975 in economic forecasting and modelling at the French Ministry of Finance. He worked at the Economics Department of the OECD (1980), at Banque de France (1985) and served as the Head of Research at ENSAE. Throughout his career, Patrick has been a visiting professor at a number of Universities including, Dauphine, ENSAE, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, HEC Lausanne, Ecole Polytechnique. He is now Professor of Economics at the Paris School of economics. He combines these responsibilities with his research work. Patrick ARTUS is also a member of the Board at Total and Ipsos as an independent director. He has been a member of council of Economic Advisors to the French government.

Séverine has a total of 17 years’ experience in the RE industry and is a member of the Cercle des Femmes de L’Immobilier (Association of Women in Real Estate in Finance).
