Distress

Will high capital costs twist the top and release the goods?

  • Dislocated market - Expectations of significant distress driving investment appetite?
  • Dry Powder - Primed and waiting to seize opportunities in the distressed market?
  • The Cycle - If not distressed, where to strike gold in the meantime?
  • Bid & Ask Spread - Causing distress delays due to pricing hiccups and shaky buyer/seller expectations?
  • Fundraising - Will capital fire into distress or chart a different course?
