Florian leads Verdion’s investment activity in Germany, particularly for the Verdion European Logistics Fund 1 (VELF 1), a €300 million discretionary fund focused on assets with potential for value creation through technical innovation, development and asset management activity to create superior investment returns. Previously Senior Investment Manager – Logistics at Deka, he has more than 15 years’ experience in the industrial and logistics sector and a strong track record in sourcing and acquiring assets for value-add strategies. He sits on Verdion’s investment committee and works closely with the firm’s development, asset management and technical specialists in Germany as part of his role.
