OverviewOverview

The global top 100, by invitation only...

The GRI Chairmen's Retreat is an exclusive and collegial 3 days of interactive small-group discussions that take place on a first-name basis on topics such as: investment strategies, industry logistics and development goals.

This private get-together is reserved for the top 100 real estate investors, financiers, owners, developers, lenders and hotel companies from across the world (service providers or press are not in attendance) with over 60% in attendance with their spouse.

By invitation only, it is limited to the real estate CEO within organizations owning real estate or mortgage assets in excess of $50 million or the immediate second-in-command.

The unique quality, guaranteed seniority and small attendance size, as well as the quiet and unpressured seclusion of the conversation, makes the GRI Chairmen's Retreat an unusual opportunity to take stock, set directions, create new friendships and build your business on an all new level.

We welcome the inquiry of senior decision-makers from leading companies around the world.

Meet our exclusive format

GRI has no speakers, no presentations. Instead, you have a selection of closed-door discussions where everyone can participate.
Much like a conversation in your own living room, the dynamic environment allows you to engage with your peers in an informal and collegial setting.
