About the eventAbout the event

GRI is markedly different to everything else in the real estate calendar, which is why it remains the leading annual meeting of senior leaders in the UK & Ireland.

Rehearsed speeches. Sales pitches. Wasted time. That’s not GRI.

If you truly want to get under the surface and have deep, candid discussions with fellow real estate leaders (senior global and domestic players who have a focus on the UK & Ireland), make lasting business connections, and create real friendships, you’re in the right place.

Set the agenda. Drive debate. Takeaway answers. That’s GRI.

What’s new?What’s new?

You’re allowed to feel optimistic. Put aside all the noise about Brexit, Trump and AIs taking over the world, and there is plenty to smile about. The British and Irish Real Estate markets are still going strong and investment keeps flowing in to these shores.

Out of all key European locations polled by Chairmen & CEOs at the 2019 Chairmen’s Retreat, the UK & Ireland came second only to Germany when industry leaders dictated which market would produce the best risk adjusted returns in 2019.

Moreover, in the recent GRI Barometer, a staggering 84% of real estate leaders declared they would be investing and expanding their portfolios in Ireland. Evidence that there is still great confidence in the market.
