Focussed on debt opportunities and origination, he is best known for introducing Building Societies throughout 2001 – 2003 to the CMBS model across many Finance Houses & Investment banks. Past experiences includes, origination and initiation of clients owned securitisation and fixed income packages. Seaford Finance has been involved in excess of £25b of real estate transactions.
