Darling London or Daring Further Out?

London corporate real estate has long been the trophy asset within a global investor’s portfolio. Since Brexit, the weak pound has triggered a further gold rush of brexit bargains, especially in the city of London.

Asian investment dominates over the rest, however as values roller coaster with each weekly ‘no deal’ bulletin, investors are asking themselves how long will this gold rush last?
 

Do we feel Asia is now disillusioned with the City of London and pour money into other regional hotspots or even further afield into other EU gateway cities?

 
GRI Club is a get-together of senior international and local real estate investors, lenders and developers active in the real estate sectors. This club meeting will see members discuss what the future of UK & Irish real estate might look with or without the investment appetite from Asia.
