She has a Master’s degree from Lyon’s Institute of Political studies and the Faculty of Economics of Lyon II, with a specialization in Latin American Energy Policy. After various research projects on Mexico’s national oil company Pemex, she occupied several positions in the French Embassy’s trade and investment office, in Madrid and Mexico. Her current activities aim at developing partnerships with both public and private actors in Mexico in the infrastructure sector, more specifically to implement new technologies and know-how in road operation and maintenance.

Cleyton Barros joined the Global Infrastructure Hub in 2016 as a Principal Policy Advisor. Prior to joining the GI Hub, Cleyton has served at the Ministry of Finance in Brazil where he had worked for the previous five years. His role as General Coordinator of Logistics provided Cleyton with a wealth of knowledge and experience in various infrastructure sectors including rail, ports, roads and airports. During his time with the Ministry of Finance, he monitored both the implementation of regulation and management models as well as formulating the public policy for infrastructure projects and privatization programs. He also served as an advisor in the Ministry of Transport in Brazil on various transportation logistics programs.

John has a variety of transaction experience across the utility, transport and power sectors from his tenure at Ontario Teachers'. He joined the infrastructure team full-time in 2008 after completing an internship with Ontario Teachers' in the summer of 2007. He was previously an investment banking analyst at National Bank Financial. John earned a BBA and a B.Sc. from Bishop's University, and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.
