A 3ª edição do evento GRI PPPs e Concessões Brasil acontece no dia 28 de março no Hotel InterContinental São Paulo e reunirá os principais líderes do setor público e privado (União, Estados e Municípios), responsáveis pela definição da agenda de políticas e futuros projetos de infraestrutura nas cidades brasileiras.

Nasceu em Jandaia do Sul, no dia 19 de abril de 1981. É um empresário, administrador de empresas, comunicador e político brasileiro. Em 2002, aos 21 anos, foi eleito Deputado Estadual, pelo PSB, com mais de 189 mil votos, o que fez da candidatura de Ratinho Júnior a mais expressiva da história da Assembleia Legislativa do Paraná. Já em 2006, sua candidatura para Deputado Federal, pelo PPS, obteve a segunda maior votação para a Câmara, com 205 mil votos. A sua reeleição para a Câmara Federal, integrando o PSC, em 2010, foi a maior votação da história do Paraná, com quase 360 mil votos. No ano de 2014 foi eleito Deputado Estadual, desta vez, a candidatura mais votada no Brasil, com mais de 300 mil votos.

Eduardo Klepacz is Managing Director of GTIS, and is the head of the firm’s Brazil Infrastructure business. Mr Klepacz has more than 10 years of experience in infrastructure investment. For the three years prior to joining GTIS, he worked in the creation of Cubico Sustainable Investments (“Cubico”), where he acted as CEO of Brazil, managing a portfolio of renewable energy projects of $ 350 million in equity investments (620 MW) and led a team of more than 90 employees. Before joining Cubico Brazil, he was the Head of Capital Structuring at Santander Bank, responsible for the proprietary investment in renewable energy. Eleito prefeito de Pelotas em 2012 com aproximadamente 110 mil votos, governou o Município entre 2013 e 2016. Antes disso, foi Secretário Municipal, Vereador e Presidente da Câmara Municipal na mesma cidade. No final do mandato, Eduardo apareceu nas pesquisas de opinião com 87% de aprovação popular. Por considerar a reeleição um problema no atual sistema político brasileiro, embora líder nas pesquisas, anunciou que não iria concorrer a um novo mandato e indicou sua vice-prefeita Paula Mascarenhas como candidata. Paula venceu a eleição municipal de 2016, em primeiro turno, pela primeira vez em Pelotas com aproximadamente 112 mil votos. Estudou políticas públicas na Columbia University, em NY, EUA, cursa mestrado em gestão pública na FGV.

Possui Mestrado em Direito Público pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE) e lecionou na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Brasília (UNB), de 2002 a 2006. Foi juiz federal por 12 anos, exerceu os cargos de secretário‐geral do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) e assessor da presidência do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). Em 2006, se filiou ao Partido Comunista do Brasil (PCdoB) após renunciar à magistratura e se candidatar a uma vaga na Câmara dos Deputados, exercendo seu mandato até 2008. Em 2014, disputou sua segunda eleição para o Governo do Maranhão e foi eleito com 63,52% dos votos. Em 2018, foi reeleito governador do Maranhão.

Em 1991, assumiu o controle das Lojas Zema e foi responsável pelo salto que levou a rede varejista de apenas quatro unidades em Minas Gerias a atingir a marca de 430 lojas, incluindo os Estados de São Paulo, Goiás, Mato Grosso do Sul, Bahia e Espírito Santo.

Economista, eleito governador da Bahia em 2015 pelo Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT), consolidou no estado uma administração voltada para a redução das desigualdades sociais, sendo reeleito, em 2018, com a aprovação de 75,71% dos eleitores baianos. Na primeira gestão, enfrentou uma grave crise econômica e financeira que se abateu sobre o país. Para tanto, elaborou um projeto de governo baseado na austeridade, responsabilidade e controle dos gastos públicos. Redesenhou a estrutura administrativa do estado com uma série de medidas para manter o orçamento enxuto, adaptado à nova conjuntura econômica, e mesmo assim colocou a Bahia em segundo lugar entre os estados que mais investiram nos últimos três anos, atrás apenas de São Paulo.

Como bancário, Wellington trabalhou no Banco do Nordeste do Brasil, Banco do Estado do Piauí e Caixa Econômica Federal. Em 1992, foi eleito vereador de Teresina pelo PT. Em 1994, elegeu-se deputado estadual e chegou à presidência do diretório regional do PT, onde ficou de 1995 a 1997. Em 1998, foi o primeiro deputado federal eleito pelo PT no Piauí. Em 2002 foi eleito Governador do Piauí no primeiro turno. Em 2006 foi reeleito com 61,7% dos votos. Em 2010 se afastou do cargo para concorrer ao Senado Federal e foi eleito com 997.513 votos. During this period, she structured export credit financings, with a main focus on capital goods and infrastructure projects. He was the rapporteur for Ethics and Discipline Court II (TED II) of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), between 2004 and 2006. He has two books and dozens of articles published.
