Every year we put at least 10 months of hard work to ensure we deliver a great GRI Latam in NY. During this time we confirm keynote speakers, sessions, hotel, operations, etc.

Now, as you know, the GRI is a Club whose mission is to create meaningful relationships. With that in mind, in 2020 we decided to ensure you come back from Manhattan with an extremely rich and new experience. On top of ensuring the event is the best possible, we have organised a series of activities which intends to offer you different ways to build new relationships and reinforce your existing ones.

While we know our 500+ members present in NY won’t be attending every single activity we are offering here, we like to think you won’t regret joining us in some of these exciting moments. Pick your favourite and have a unique experience!

The Reservoir lap gives runners a soft surface cinder pathway of just over 2.5k around the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir and it offers spectacular city views. The members can choose between 1 laps for 2.5k, 2 laps for 5k or 3 laps for 7.5k.

Details: GRI Bikers will meet at the lobby at 7:15am to get gifts and bikes. The route it’s specially customized to this group. The guests will cycle down the picturesque Hudson River Greenway that includes gorgeous views of the majestic river. We will pass by the newly constructed Hudson Yards, then, we will ride through Chelsea and into Lower Manhattan where we’ll see some of the original settlements of the city. The Greenway ends at Battery Park with spectacular views of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Some of the key sites to visit include:

Details: We’ll meet at the hotel lobby at 4:45pm and go to the meeting room where this experience will take place. This unique and specialized private classe is perfect for everyone who wants to have a great time while learn how to make the most famous cocktails. Everyone in class gets to use their own “bar station” stocked with all the equipment you need to create excellent cocktails. Throughout the 2-hour class we go through a custom built recipe list step by step as a group, passing and discussing various ingredients as we go. Everyone will create each cocktail and we will be sipping, drinking, and critiquing all of our creations along the way. Class includes 4 specialty cocktail recipes from our list and typically we end with a fun group competition where we challenge you to create an original cocktail.

Details: We’ll meet at the hotel lobby at 4:45pm and go to the meeting room where this experience will take place. This unique and specialized private classe is perfect for everyone who wants to have a great time while learn how to make the most famous cocktails. Everyone in class gets to use their own “bar station” stocked with all the equipment you need to create excellent cocktails. Throughout the 2-hour class we go through a custom built recipe list step by step as a group, passing and discussing various ingredients as we go. Everyone will create each cocktail and we will be sipping, drinking, and critiquing all of our creations along the way. Class includes 4 specialty cocktail recipes from our list and typically we end with a fun group competition where we challenge you to create an original cocktail.

Come discover what it takes to put together and stage a Broadway musical on this amazing behind-the-scenes tour.

Time: Broadway shows usually starts at 7pm or 8pm

Ending time: The tour happens after the show and usually takes 30 - 45 minutes.

Details: This special experience is available to small groups only (2-12 people). A cast member from the show they are seeing will greet them at the stage door and take them on a behind the scenes tour of their Broadway show. Groups will get a chance to stand on stage and take photos with the Broadway performer hosting their backstage experience. All tours are subject to availability. All tours must be paid for in advance. We cannot guarantee any one particular performer to host the tour.
