One year after the Covid-19 shock, with a severe economic and health crisis, the World Bank estimates that the economy in Latin America will recover its pre-pandemic levels by the end of 2022. In a context where Latin America is one of the regions that got hit the hardest by the pandemic, the efforts of the private sector and investors in real estate are essential for the early reactivation of the industry and, due to its multiplier effect, of macroeconomic variables.
