La nueva generación de proyectos inmobiliarios combina más de una clase de activos, pero ¿cómo complicará la pandemia la convivencia entre los diferentes espacios, usuarios e inquilinos? Este será uno de los desafíos al que se enfrentarán las zonas francas, parques industriales y empresariales que comparten espacios con oficinas corporativas en Centroamérica y el Caribe.
El objetivo de este eMeeting es reunir a los líderes del sector inmobiliario de la región para discutir los desafíos actuales al que se están enfrentado proyectos de oficinas, no solo en la “nueva normalidad” sino también en la financiación de nuevos proyectos, diseño y el impacto que ha tenido la pandemia en IED en cada país.

- Estatus de Proyectos: ¿Cuál es el estatus actual de nuevos proyectos y que cambios harán en términos de diseño?
- Innovación en financiamiento: ¿Cómo se financian estos proyectos de uso mixto y que nuevas estructuras de financiamiento podría ayudar a desarrollar nuevos proyectos?
- Retención de Inversión Extranjera: ¿Cómo ha cambiado la llegada de nuevos jugadores extranjeros, o de inversión extranjera en los países de la región con la pandemia y que se está haciendo para atraerlos de nuevo?
- Uso Mixto vs Stand Alone: ¿Qué tipos de proyectos son los más atractivos dado las circunstancias del mercado? (business parks, zonas francas, standalone office buildings)
