El mercado residencial ha jugado un rol muy importante en el desarrollo del sector inmobiliario y económico de Colombia en los últimos años. Hoy en día, con nuevos incentivos por parte del Ministerio de Vivienda, los desarrolladores e inversionistas buscan incursionar en el desarrollo de Vivienda de Interés Social. Sin embargo, cada segmento tiene sus desafíos.
El objetivo de este eMeeting es analizar y entender las oportunidades y desafíos que presenta el desarrollo de vivienda Vis en Colombia e intercambiar experiencias con los jugadores de mayor experiencia en el rubro.
