Ms. Stamate-Rocha joined Patron in 2011, with responsibilities in deal sourcing, execution, structuring, financing, due diligence and asset management of healthcare related investment opportunities. Irina was involved in the investments of Gracewell Healthcare, Badby Park and Hamberley Development. Prior to joining Patron, she worked in investment banking at Rothschild, Macquarie Capital Advisers and Fortis Bank (Brussels). Her experience includes the origination and execution of transactions for private equity and infrastructure funds. She holds a Masters in Finance degree from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School and a Bachelor in Economics from the Academy of Economics, Bucharest. Fluent in English, Romanian, French and Spanish.
