Prior to Ascendas-Singbridge, he served as Investment Director at China Orient Summit Capital (China) and Portman Group (US). He has completed and managed investment transactions totaling nearly USD 6.5 billion in logistics, industrial and mixed-use properties in China and the US. He holds an MBA degree from University of California, Berkeley, and a MDes (Real Estate) from Harvard University.
