Prabhat is currently the CEO and Founder of YourOwnROOM. He's a Stanford Business Graduate with over 24 years of professional industry experience. Prabhat has held many senior leadership and management positions in Technology Enterprises and Startups and has been instrumental in driving P&L of up to $100 M. Prior to this, he was Sr. Vice President at Xchanging managing a $30 M P&L for an application services SBU. He has worked in senior leadership and management positions at MphasiS, Zensar and Hewlett-Packard. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi.

His career has spanned from Wall Street and the White House to remote African villages. After working remotely in early 2010s while writing a book on sustainability, he decided to set out to create a community for those with the ability to work from anywhere. His interests center on creating places that allow people to form community and build meaningful lives.

Singaporean based Hmlet in 2018 as the brand entered the Hong Kong market, and
Dominik naturally transitioned into his director role.

Previously, she was with Grosvenor Asia. Prior to that, she was a senior vice president in the Private Market Investment Department of China Investment Corporation with primary responsibilities of sourcing, underwriting and executing direct real estate investments and co-investments. She previously worked at Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York, where she was an assistant vice president in the Risk Management division and a senior specialist for the Debt Technology group. Ms. Chen holds a BS with Peking University and an MS with Northeastern University.
