Founded in 2016, Albatross raised and currently advises (along with its partner Quantico SA) Albatross Iberian RE Renovation Fund, an investment vehicle based in Luxembourg, which is focused on acquiring residential and office buildings that can be refurbished and re-converted into residential. The assets are located in premium locations in Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril and Porto.
