Andreas is currently the Vice President of GIC in San Francisco, CA. GIC has over US$100 billion in investments across 40 countries, they are among the world's largest fund management companies. Established in 1981 to manage Singapore's foreign reserves, GIC strives to achieve good long-term real returns on assets under our management to preserve and enhance Singapore's reserves.
Andreas graduated from Georgetown University and moved on to begin a successful career in the finance industry. Andreas was a former student athlete, participating at a high level of youth soccer, even receiving a scholarship to play soccer in college.
CEO of Walton Street Capital Mexico where he has led the capital raising and investment of over a billion USD in México. Before joining Walton Street Capital he was a Senior Director at GE Real Estate in Mexico City where he realized equity investments of over USD $350 million. He previously worked as an associate at JP Morgan Securities Inc. in New York. Federico has a degree in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Gonzalo Pedro Robina Ibarra serves as Chief Executive Officer of Fibra Uno. He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector. Before joining Fibra Uno, he was founder and Chairman of MexFund Private Investmetn Fund created in 2007. He was Chairman of Fenix Capital Group, a real estate fund owned by Deutsche Bank with over 7,000 real estate assets in Mexico and 14,000 properties under its management.
Ignacio Bezares del Cueto, 47 años. Licenciado en Administración de Empresas por la Universidad CEU de Madrid y MBA por el IESE. Tiene una amplia experiencia en la industria de real estate, como desarrollador de proyectos residenciales y empresariales y gestor de fondos de inversión europeos de vivienda, oficinas y centros comerciales. Ha trabajado en España y México, ocupando puestos de responsabilidad en Sacyr, Banco Santander y Grupo LAR. Desde el año 2008 es director general de Grupo LAR en México
Javier Barrios es cofundador y Director General y de MIRA Companies, empresa enfocada en el desarrollo de proyectos de usos mixtos de gran escala. MIRA tiene presencia en 6 estados del país, desarrollando y operando comunidades de usos mixtos que representan alrededor de 780,000m2 de suelo urbano, 18,000 viviendas y 230,000 m2 de espacios comerciales.
Javier fue fundador y Director General de BCBA Impulse, la cual constituyó en 1991 y vendió en 2006. En ese lapso, BCBA creció a una empresa de desarrollo con más de 42 proyectos en su portafolio. Adiciionalmente cofundó Metroscubicos.com, el portal residencial más grande de Latinoamérica. Es expresidente del ADI, Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Panamericana y curso la a maestría de negocios en la Universidad de Harvard
Jorge Ávalos is Founding Partner and CEO of Fibra MTY, which went public in its initial public offering in December 2014. With more than 27 years of experience in the Finance Sector, Jorge was previously a Member of the Administrative Council of Banco Invex, and further acted as General Director of the bank’s Northern Region.
Jorge serves on the board of directors of several public and private companies and additionally participates in several trade associations, such as the Asociación Mexicana de Fibras (AMEFI), where he serves as a Member of the Communications and Marketing Committee. Mr. Ávalos has a BS in Accounting from ITAM, an MBA from the University of Dallas, a Diploma in High Management from IPADE and a Diploma in Business from the Universidad of Harvard.
Actualmente se desempeña como Director General de Inmobiliaria Quiero Casa y como presidente del Patronato de Construyendo y Creciendo, institución que opera programas educativos para trabajadores de la industria de la construcción. En su exitosa carrera ha trabajado en: Hand in Hand, Belmont Village LLP, HSF Participações SA, Habitavi Constructora SA de CV, Semeaj S.C, consolidando su visión empresarial, con empuje, firmeza y asertividad. Este dinámico joven empresario y filántropo ha demostrado eficazmente su gran capacidad de negociador. Estudió ingeniería civil en la Universidad Iberoamericana en la ciudad de México y un MBA en la Universidad de Stanford.
Mr. Monroy joined Macquarie in 2012 and has a total of 18 years of real estate investment and development experience. Prior to joining Macquarie, he was a partner in a real estate development and investment firm focused on residential and retail real estate development, primarily in Mexico City.
He is a former director of acquisitions at Acadia Realty Trust, a former vice president of international at Loews Cineplex Entertainment, and a former private equity professional at Onex Investment Corp. Mr. Monroy received his BA in Business and Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) where he graduated with honors.
Mr. Gutiérrez has been in the real estate sector since 1989, including President for Latin America for Prologis where he is responsible for all Brazil and Mexico related activities including operations, investments, acquisitions and industrial property development. Mr. Gutiérrez was co-founder of “Fondo Opción” (formerly G. Acción), the first public real estate company in Mexico, where he acted as Chief Executive Officer and is currently a member of the Executive Committee of Consejo de Empresas Globales. He is also a member the board of directors of Finaccess and Central de Estacionamientos. He also served as President of the AMPIP (The Mexican Association of Private Industrial Parks) from 2005 to 2006.
Leonardo Di Mauro é Head do setor de Real Estate para LATAM, respondendo pela atuação do GRI Club em toda região. Começou sua carreira no CPqD onde atuou por quinze anos, finalizando sua trajetória nesta empresa como diretor comercial do setor de telecomunicações com forte atuação em países como Argentina, Brasil, Colômbia, Chile, México e Uruguai.
É graduado em Engenharia Civil pela Escola de Engenharia de Lins, com MBA Executivo pela FGV e pós-graduado em Gestão de Projetos pela Universidade São Francisco.
