With his sharp acumen, Mr.Ashok is instrumental in Essel Group’s foray in Integrated Utilities space and has lead the company in demonstrating executional capability to transform India’s mass utilities sector.
Chin Hau joined the GIC Infrastructure Group in 2008 and currently has lead coverage responsibility for the Emerging Markets. Prior to joining GIC, Chin Hau was an Investment Manager at Pulsar Energy Capital where he invested in projects across the energy sector in Europe and the Americas. Before Pulsar, Chin Hau was a member of the Infrastructure advisory team at Credit Suisse covering a range of projects in transport, logistics and aerospace. He began his career at Singapore Power where he managed natural gas pipeline projects. Chin Hau has a MEng degree from Imperial College London and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Cassio Viana the Head of Alternative Investments, responsible for Private Equity, Infrastructure Funds, Real Estate Funds and FIDCs – Receivable Funds. Prior that, Mr. Viana was the head of infrastructure funds and structured credit funds at CAIXA, responding as fund manager. His academic background includes a BA in Management - Focus - International Trade at the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and a MBA in Financial Economics and a Master Degree in Economics from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Cheryl Edleson Hanway currently heads IFC’s infrastructure investment team for Brazil. In this role, she leads IFC’s activities in the origination, structuring, execution, and asset management of debt and equity transactions across power & renewable energy, transportation & logistics, and water, sanitation & waste management sub-sectors. Cheryl has been with IFC since 2001 as an investment officer working on infrastructure investments across Latin America and the Caribbean. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of California, Berkeley and a MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

De 1988 a 1995 executivo da Mendes Junior, na área de Administração de Contratos e Assessoria da Diretoria Executiva. De 1996 a 2002 Diretor de Engenharia da Concessionária Rodovia Presidente Dutra. A partir de 2002 Diretor Desenvolvimento de Novos Negócios do Grupo CCR.
Marcos Almeida joined Brookfield Asset Management in 2003. He is a Managing Partner and the head of Brookfield Infrastructure in Brazil. Marcos has over 20 years of experience in private equity and corporate finance. His transaction experience includes hydro power plants, timber, telecom and transmission lines, toll roads, railways and Ports. Marcos has also raised private equity funds in Brazil, Peru and Colombia. Mr Almeida is a board member at Arteris, the biggest toll road company in Brazil by kilomters, VLI, a railway logistics company with over 8.000 km of railways and Vespucio Norte, an urban toll road in Santiago (Chile).
Appointed CEO and President of the Strategic Business Unit ANDES (Argentina, Chile and Colombia) on June 23, 2016, he was until recently the COO for Strategic Business Unit of AES Andes since January 2012.
Giorgio has been working for AES since 1997 for companies in Argentina, Venezuela, Panama and Chile. In 1997, he became the Commercial Director of Eden, Edes and Edelap, distribution companies in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Between 2001 and 2003, he served as General Director of Termoandes and Interandes, then continued as General Manager of AES Argentina Generation. In 2006, he became General Manager of Electricidad de Caracas, Venezuela's largest power and then CEO and Country Manager of AES in Panama.
Pedro Nicolau is the Global Head of Infrastructure at the GRI and is responsible for coordinating GRI Club Infra activities in Latin America and other locations. He previously worked at Clarion Events, headed Brazil's Transport Infrastructure division, Mobility and Sanitation. He graduated from Unesp with a degree in International Relations.
