Biography:
Jean-Philippe Olgiati, MD, is responsible for BlackRock’s RE business in Continental Europe. He is a member of the European Real Estate Executive Committee. Mr Olgiati service with the firm dates back to 2008, including his years with MGPA, prior to its acquisition by BlackRock in 2013. Over the past eight years he has been involved in the acquisition of more than 90,000 sqm of office space in Continental Europe, has led successful projects such as Le Madeleine, a 32,000 sqm mix use property located in Paris CBD. Mr Olgiati also led the dispositions of more than 225,000 sqm of office, retail and logistics assets, in France, Italy, Poland and Germany. Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr Olgiati worked for Bouygues Construction.

Trish has over 20 years industry experience and co-founded Benson Elliot with Marc Mogull in 2006. Prior to Benson Elliot, Trish spent two years within the Dubai Holding Group as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Global Real Estate Investments for Dubai Investment Group, with responsibility for defining and implementing the Group’s global real estate strategy. Under Trish's tenure, the Group’s portfolio of direct investments increased from $500m to $3.0bn. Previously, she spent ten years at Goldman Sachs, primarily in real estate principal investing and portfolio management for the Whitehall Funds in New York, Paris and London. Trish earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Boston College.

Aref Lahham is a Managing Director and founding Principal of Orion. Orion has sponsored five Funds with over €10 billion of total investments. Biography:
Cyril Courbage joined as a Managing Director of the Credit and Real Estate Funds in the London office in February of 2012. Mr. Courbage is responsible for debt and equity investing across the Credit and Real Estate Funds in Europe. Prior to joining Fortress in February 2012, Mr. Courbage spent 10 years at Deutsche Bank in London where he was the European head of the Commercial Real Estate group, an activity encompassing financing and special situation principal investments. Prior to that, Mr. Courbage spent six years at Merrill Lynch, initially in the Distressed Debt group and subsequently as a director of the real estate Global Principal Investment business.

Biography:

Henri Alster is the Chairman of the GRI. He previously worked for 25 years as a real estate investment banker, advising or partnering with the likes of Exxon, Whitehall, KLM pension funds, Forest City Enterprises and others across the USA and Europe. He also ran his own investment boutique.

Mr. Alster led Citicorp’s early real estate investment banking efforts in Europe between 1988 and 1994, closing Europe’s two largest land deals on behalf of Exxon and Pechiney.

A Columbia B-School MBA (‘74), Henri is an undergraduate Technion (Israel) Industrial Engineer (‘72). 

He is fluent in English, French, German, Dutch and Hebrew, has lived in New York, Paris, London, Brussels and Tel-Aviv and has worked and travelled extensively throughout the Americas, Asia and Europe.

Philippe joined Acofi in 2013 as Head of CRE Debt Funds. He has responsibility for raising, deploying and managing CRE debt funds invested in senior debt for all asset classes in Europe. He started his career in the Corporate and Real Estate Structured Finance team of Commerzbank. From 2005, he worked in London for ABN Amro Bank in the Structured Real Estate Capital.
