Biography:
Daniel Buaron is Chairman of First Atlantic Real Estate (FARE), re-founded by him in 2014, two years after the sale of FARE Group to the DeAgostini Group. In fact FARE Group was founded by Daniel in 1998 and was the Italian operating partner of Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall Funds until 2007. In 2005, he founded FARE SGR which became the leading Italian RE fund management firm after the merger with FIMIT SGR (2011) with over 10 billion of AuM. Prior experiences include being Founder, CEO and Vice Chairman of Tradital S.p.A. and CEO of Metropolis S.p.A.. Mr. Buaron began his career with JP Morgan. He graduated with a business degree from Università Bocconi and received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1976.

Biography:
Cyril Courbage joined as a Managing Director of the Credit and Real Estate Funds in the London office in February of 2012. Mr. Courbage is responsible for debt and equity investing across the Credit and Real Estate Funds in Europe. Prior to joining Fortress in February 2012, Mr. Courbage spent 10 years at Deutsche Bank in London where he was the European head of the Commercial Real Estate group, an activity encompassing financing and special situation principal investments. Prior to that, Mr. Courbage spent six years at Merrill Lynch, initially in the Distressed Debt group and subsequently as a director of the real estate Global Principal Investment business.

Charles Blackburn is a Director in the Real Estate Special Situations Group of Deutsche Bank's European Commercial Real Estate business. DB RESSG is responsible for the group's principal real estate investment activity. Charles is also a principal in VTBC-DB Real Estate Partners, a private equity fund managed in partnership with VTB Capital dedicated to the Russian market. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Charles was at O'Connor Capital Partners, the co-general partner of the Peabody Group of real estate opportunity funds. Charles is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Biography:

He graduated in Economics at the University of Trento and he earned a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Kansas, USA.

He started his career in 2001 with Deloitte Consulting where he was Senior Consultant in the Strategy and Finance practice of the firm.

In 2005 he joined Prelios group as Berenice Fund manager. From 2008 to 2013 he worked as Head of Fund and Asset Management Office in Prelios SGR. From 2013 to June 2016 he held the office of Head of Fund Management in Prelios SGR, managing 26 Italian closed end real estate funds

Since July 2016 he is General Manager in Beni Stabili SpA Siiq; he is in charge of  Asset Management and Development and he oversees the Finance functions.

Mr. Kwan is a Managing Director based in London responsible for new investments for TPGRE in Europe. Prior to joining TPGRE in 2016, Mr. Kwan was a Partner at Grove International Partners (formerly Soros Real Estate Partners). During his time at Grove, he resided and invested in five countries including U.S., Japan, Spain, Germany and Russia completing over USD 5 billion of transactions across seven sectors. Prior to joining Grove in 2003, Mr. Kwan began his career at Lehman Brothers in 2001, where he was an Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking and Private Equity Group in New York. Mr. Kwan received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University.

Biography:

The Baupost Group was founded in 1982 and currently manages over $29 billion of capital on a discretionary basis. The firm is a value-oriented, open mandate investment organization whose goal is to achieve good absolute returns on a long-term, risk-adjusted basis. Hunt is a Managing Director in Baupost’s Private Investment Group and is based in London.  He focuses on European real estate investments and is also responsible for new joint venture partner and real estate operating partner relationships. Prior to joining Baupost, Hunt was a Managing Director at Northwood Investors. Hunt graduated from Cornell University magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and from Harvard Business School with an MBA.

Fulvia is the Club Director responsible for all GRI activities in Italy. She has over 15 years of experience in event production and brand marketing. Prior to joining GRI in 2014, she was Director at Fiera Milano Media for many years, and brand consultant for Italian start-ups in London. Fulvia is executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano (2012) and M.Sc. in Business & Corporate Communications, University of Siena, Italy.
