Biography:

Harald Rath was born on 9 August 1966 in Linz, Austria. After the commercial college he graduated in international Management from University in Linz. After university he was trading luxury yachts worldwide and afterwards he worked for a renowned Austrian ski manufacturing as Head of International Sales. After this period he started a career as M&A consultant and managed more than 40 projects in Europa. After this long experience he founded with his actual partner their own investment company and merged all shares in POS Holding. This company employs more than 1000 people and makes approximately EUR 130 million turnover.

Biography:

Funke Feyisitan Ladimeji is the Chief Operating Officer of FBN Merchant Bank, the Investment Banking subsidiary of the FBN Holdings Group. Funke is a uniquely skilled and experienced Investment Banking Executive, with a global career spanning both Markets and Corporate Finance businesses, across multiple regions, products and functional areas. She has an unparalleled track record in driving wallet share and revenue growth, as well as restructuring environments and leading businesses to new levels of success. Funke has a BSc Hons Economics, MSc in Geography and she is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. Funke enjoys mentoring, reading, riding, the theatre and travelling.

Biography:

Renier joined the Atterbury Group in April 2012 as CFO of the newly formed Atterbury Africa Fund. He qualified as a CA(SA) in 1999 and completed his articles with Ernst & Young. Since completing his articles he has held various senior management and executive positions. He spent most of his time in the medical and property developed industries. Here he has been responsible for managing various administrative departments and fulfilling the role of CFO. He has a keen interest in supporting and mentoring of employees to reach their organizations’ goals. He has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, structuring and implementing of new projects.

Biography:
Selwyn is a Principal at Barclays Africa and leads the bank’s commercial property finance business in Africa (ex-South Africa). Prior to taking on this role, he was a founding member of the RMB Westport team, leading structuring and corporate management for RMB Westport’s developments in Nigeria. Previously, he co-founded and managed Rand Merchant Bank’s Opportunities in Global Real Estate portfolio. This portfolio had exposure to international property assets exceeding $250 million. Before joining Rand Merchant Bank, Selwyn was a consultant in the Johannesburg office of McKinsey & Company, serving clients in several African jurisdictions. Selwyn is a CFA Charterholder and holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.

Biography:

Peter has been in investments for 24 years containing SA and International experience. Of these 17 years is with Old Mutual in South Africa and 5 years with Goldman Sachs investment banking in London. During his time at Old Mutual, Peter has had the roles of Head of Old Mutual’s Corporate Finance division, COO of the Old Mutual Investment Group and currently MD of Old Mutual Property since 2011. Peter has been a director of Old Mutual Property since 2000 and joined the property investment committee in 2004. Biography:
Jonathan Jackson is the Chairman of Lordship Africa and has over 25 years of property development experience in Central & Eastern Europe (CCE) and Africa. Born and raised in Kenya, Jonathan qualified in the United Kingdom, and in 1989 founded Lordship, a Prague-based property development and investment company. In 2008, Jonathan returned "home" and founded Lordship Africa to replicate the hugely successful business he has run in Eastern Europe since its inception. Jonathan has developed over 6 million square feet of commercial, retail, hotel, and mixed use space and will soon break ground on two large commercial developments in Nairobi.
