Commercial Real Estate in Italy

Upon request of our international Members, we are delighted to run a Club meeting dedicated to ‘commercial real estate in Italy’, focusing on retail. It will take place in Milan on June 13, prior to the opening of the Italia GRI.

Among the issues and opportunities our members wish to debate with local peers are:

  • In the Investors’ mind: retail vs offices or retail + offices? Portfolio strategies, downsizing, mixed use, reconversions...
  • What works best in italy and why - new trends and formats
  • Where is the product - primary vs. secondary locations
  • New development concepts
  • Who are the developers in Italy, what it takes to have a winning partnerships
  • What are new tenants and international brands looking for

...and we will narrow down the focus according to the Members’ wishes.

We will keep this to a maximum of 40 GRI members to ensure the quality and exclusivity of the discussion (first-come, first-served).
