Victor Hugo Moscoso is a Senior Director at the GRI responsible for the ongoing implementation of the GRI Club initiative in Europe. Prior to joining GRI he was an Executive Director of BTG Pactual responsible for Development and MBS Funds. Before joining BTG Pactual, he was a Director at Brazilian Capital since 2007, responsible for Development and MBS funds. Prior to 2007, Victor was Senior Investment Officer at the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Group) in Washington, D.C. since 2000, where he was responsible for structured finance transactions and co-financing/syndication activities. Between 1989 and 2000, Victor was responsible for the IIC’s activities in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. Before joining the IIC, Victor was with Leslie, Weinert & Company, based in New York, from 1987 and 1989, where he was Assistant Vice-President co-responsible for asset trading activities. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Maryland National Bank (Bank of America) in Baltimore, Maryland, where he was responsible for project origination, development and management. Victor received an MBA from the George Washington University (US), and a BSFS in International Relations from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C.
